About

About me:

Hiya, I'm Mori Sugimoto, a London-based web consultant and Drupal architect.

Drupal is an open source web content management system. It is not only popular for its robustness and flexibility, but it is built and maintained by the community that is both passionate and friendly - which is the true asset of the users.

I believe in sharing. Ideas, methods, how-tos - sharing make all of us happier and more affluent. Open source / free software movement is all about sharing (or 'gift'ing, to be precise) and it has also provided us with a whole new economy and business models. I find it truly fascinating and exciting to take part in.

I work exclusively with social entrepreneurs, NGOs and charities. People in these fields are passionate about making changes and it is satisfying to help them achieve their goals.

About the site:

Needless to say, this site is built with Drupal and I will be posting lots of web and Drupal-related stuff to share. My passion however lies in the human-side of technology e.g. usability and findability rather than the technology itself. I'm hoping some of the posts on this blog will be useful for non-Drupal users.

Oh, and I will probably post lots of irrelevant stuff as well so be warned :p
